Most of the parts are simply put together. A hammer may be necessary.
The holes are designed so that the pipe holders (31.5mm) each require an M6x40mm screw to clamp. The thread is automatically cut through the screw.
The same applies to the rollers on the pipe (M3x5mm).
If the crank and the rollers do not fit on the pipe. Simply heat the plastic slightly with a burner and press it onto the pipe.
No glue is required.

YOU need:

ALUMINUM round pipe 15mm diameter
2x M6x40mm
5x M3x5mm
Hammer
Lighter
The whole thing here is for an Intex pool 2.20x1.5. But it can of course be adjusted depending on the pipe length.

Der meiste Teil wird einfach zusammen gesteckt. Gegebenfalls ist ein Hammer notwendig.
die löcher sind so konzipiert, dass für die Rohrhalter( 31,5mm) jeweils eine M6x40mm Schraube benötigt wird zum klemmen. Das Gewinde wird automatisch durch die Schraube geschnitten.
Das gleiche gilt für die Laufrollen auf dem Rohr( M3x5mm).
Wenn die Kurbel und die Laufrollen nicht auf das Rohr passen. Einfach mit einem Brenner den Kunststoff leicht erwärmen und auf das Rohr pressen.
Es wird kein Kleber benötigt.

Das ganze hier ist für einen Intex Pool 2,20x1,5. Lässt sich aber je nach Rohrlänge natürlich anpassen.
