Heavy Duty Toggle Latch

This original design of the heavy-duty toggle latch was designed to be used where more closing force is needed by substituting parts that would normally be weak points with steel bolts.

• Latch arm length can be modified by using different-length bolts
• Latch arm tension can be adjusted by moving the nut on the latch arm
• Overall heavy-duty construction

Bill Of Materials

• 2x M4 x 8mm Button Head Bolts
• 2x M4 x 12mm Button Head Bolt
• 1x M4 Socket Head Cap Bolt 25mm or Larger
• 2x Nylock M4 nuts
• 2x M4 nuts (Or 4 M4 Nuts With Loctite On Pivoting Parts)
• 6x Countersunk Mouning Screws
