This mount allows you to mount you Echo Dot 4 or 5 onto a tidy outlet cover. Instead of having unsafe mounts that rely on friction of the DC adapter, this allows the Echo to rest firmly on a shelf, and has a secure clamp to hold it stationary. Some goals I had during design:

-Space saving

-Easy to remove

-Adequate strength

-Place to coil excess DC adapter wire easily

I do plan on making single gang covers but to me, the 2 gang are more practical as a permanent fixture.
