A self balancing bird toy I designed as an experiment, which turned out to work perfectly after a few iterations.

It was sculpted using zbrush and refined using Blender.

Print speed: 60mm/s
Wall speed: 30mm/s
Infill: 20%
Supports: Everywhere, overhang angle 53º
Build plate adhesion: Brim
