This is a little helper to assemble new push-rods for your delta

it is designed to fit for M3 screws

i used 6mm Rods and couplings for M3 Bolts

to assemble:

print 2 of the helpers

mount them on a extrusion (M4 bolts for example)
orientate the 2 helpers as parallel as possible

you can measure the outer holes for the bolts to look for that.

After that: bolt all of the couplings to one side, i used M3x12, directly into the part

then fit the rod and the coupling of the other side one after the other

i glued them with uhu endfest 300, with that you have enough time to assemble all rods

orientate every rod, keep fokus on aligned rods and make the couplings parallel to the base

after that: wait until the glue is hardened

with that method all your rods should have the same length (deviation due to theo M3 bolt and the diameter in the coupling are there)
