Update:

Couple of people mentioned they had issues with the strength. I changed the model slightly and made it stronger. Still just a light version to have a light jacket or a hat on it. I have a hook on my B Pillar for the jacket but then it is covering the cars for the shoulder check.

I made this hook for the headrest and it resolves my issue

Print at least in PETG for heat resistance in the summer time. If you have adhesion issues, I suggest a brim.
