ITX Tower Case Assembly Instructions.

The case is assembled using PC FAN Screws and the dovetails wich are part of the Parts.

Prepartion: Raditor screw to cut threads for the Mainboard Standoffs and pcie_bracket_screw_mount

  • Join together the frame lower (lower_frame_SSD_mount) and upper (upper_frame) using the dovetails. Route the PCIe Riser cable through the cutout between the two parts before you assemble.

  • Next prepare the base (bot_mount) screw the feet to it (case_feet_part1; 2x case_feet_part2).

  • Insert the assembled frame into the rails of the base make sure the mainboard tray is on top and facing away from the cutout in the base. Use screws to secure the frame in place.

  • Mount the Noctua Fan to the fan bracket (top_mount), fasten the fan bracket to the frame pay attention to the center brace its offset and needs to align with the base.

  • Snap the back panels together using the dovetails (io_plate_top; io_plate_bot).

  • Screw the assembled back panel to the back of the case (the mainboard io cutout should line up with the mainboard tray).  The case is rigid now.

  • Mount the gpu bracket (gpu_bracket) to the base via screws from the bottom and inside the bracket itself, next screw the pcie_bracket to the frame.

  • Now mount the PCIe Riser to the mounting holes in the pcie_bracket using the radiator screws and pcie_bracket_screw_mount. The screws get pushed through from the Mainboard side through the bracket and the PCIe Riser holes and get screws into the pcie_bracket_screw_mount.

  • The PC Components can now be installed make sure to install the SSDs before the Power Supply. The GPU is held in place using PC CASE Screws not FAN Screws.

  • Assemble the Front Panels (front_plate_bot; front_plate_top_power) by joining them together via the dovetails.

  • Take the Power switches and install them in the switch_housing it should be a tight fit, watch out for the notches for the leads.

  • Fix the housing with the installed switches to the upper front panel (front_plate_top_power) using screws watch out the housing is off center and only fits one way. Install the LEDs next to the housing you may need to glue them in place.

  • Connect the front panel io leads to the mainboard.

  • Join the ventilated sidepanels together using the dovetails and slide them into place using the rail in the backpanel.

  • Mount the front panel using screws, watch out that the sidepanels are inserted into the front panel rails.

  • Lastly secure the top fan grill (top_fan_cover) to the noctua fan using the fan screws.

  • Finished.
