Modelo 3D Brick MiniFig / Minifigure Stand / Display por PenolopyBulnick no MakerWorld

Descrição

Since I recently went to LEGOland, we had many fun minifigs / minifigures that we wanted to do something with. Since there were so many fun ones, it seemed a shame to put them in a drawer or box. I looked around for different displays to print but didn't love any, so I figured I would design my own!

There are actually 2 here. The same design, but one is meant to be sturdier than the other, though both can hold up the figures. The sturdier one should just not bend as much when putting the figures on. You can also print as many middle pieces as you want as they will fit in anywhere.

The design is made up of a left and right side, base plates with pegs (you need 7), a back piece, and a middle piece.

The finished assembled stand is about 9" by 7" at the base and it is almost 4.5" tall at it's highest.

It can hold an indeteriminate amount because the pegs go all the way across and you can pack them in as much as you want or spread them out. You can also alternate them a bit to show them off better. They can also hold things like animals. The figures can sit or stand easily on here. Even looks like bleachers if you want them to sit!

Pieces need to be glued together. I used Gloop, but clear gorilla glue is also a favorite of mine. I used clamps to hold pieces in place while they are drying.

The order of gluing that I recommend is: Base peg piece to both sides on the top and bottom (see image). Glue in the middle piece (or pieces if you are doing more than one). Glue the rest of the base peg pieces. Glue on the back piece.

It is meant to be easy to print so while it is sturdy enough to hold the minifigs, I recommend holding the base from below when you push the figures on as shown in the 4th image. They will bow if you just push on them. Though, you can print more middle pieces for added support.

I can alter it to make it smaller if there is a desire for it. Just need to give me dimensions/rows that you want.

The sturdier version has thicker peg pieces that they stand on, includes a second middle piece (though you can print as many as you want for either version) and the sides were altered to fit the thicker peg pieces.
