Made covers for the bolts on our playground set. This prevents shins/elbows/shoulders from getting skinned on protruding bolts. I understand that I could recess them into the post, but I wanted to avoid putting a 1.5 in x 1 in countersink in a 4x4 post that was load bearing.

It is designed to cover a ½ inch bolt/nut from HomeDepot. Fits over nut that is 19mm (flat to flat measured) and will cover up to 1 inch of depth. Update: Added a 10mm (flat to flat measured) bolt cover at another user's request

All edges are rounded for child collisions.
