Desktop small vacuum blister machine

我一共设计了两款吸塑机

一个适用A3尺寸吸塑膜，一个适用20X25cm吸塑膜

One is suitable for A3 size blister film, and the other is suitable for 20X25cm blister film

可以DIY任何塑料壳制品

需要准备一把热风枪或者烤灯，一个吸尘器，小夹子8个

适配吸尘器口径为32mm（如需其他口径可以给我留言，我上传其他尺寸文件）

You can DIY any plastic shell products

You need to prepare a heat gun or baking lamp, a vacuum cleaner, and 8 small clips

The caliber of the suitable vacuum cleaner is 32mm (if you need other calibers, you can leave me a message, I upload other size files)

操作步骤：

1：首先组装吸尘器和真空盘；

2：裁一张合适尺寸的PVC膜（建议适用厚度为0.2mm的），用小夹子固定在框架上；

3：将框架放在桌子上，用热风枪或者烤灯加热PVC膜（加热温度建议250℃），

4：等待PVC膜软化，打开吸尘器，迅速将框架压在真空盘上

5：PVC膜冷却后，关掉吸尘器，取下模型

Steps:

1: First assemble the vacuum cleaner and vacuum tray;

2: Cut a suitable size of PVC film (recommended thickness of 0.2mm) and fix it on the frame with a small clip;

3: Place the frame on the table and heat the PVC film with a heat gun or baking lamp (the heating temperature is recommended to be 250°C).

4: Wait for the PVC film to soften, turn on the vacuum cleaner and quickly press the frame against the vacuum tray

5: After the PVC film cools, turn off the vacuum cleaner and remove the model
