New model created from scratch based on the one on Printables.

Primary changes from the original:

• Added conical features to help lock the two halves together.
• Improved the clip design for better retention.
• Decreased the wall thickness to reduce filament consumption.

Comments:

• Both halves of seed float are the same. Either use the included print profile or print two.
• The clips have limited surface area with the build plate.  Be sure to wash you build plate with dish soap prior to printing.
• I've printed in both PETG and PLA, both filaments work fine. PETG filament will be more durable and more resistant to UV.
• Make sure your filament is calibrated for flow to prevent water from leaking through the sides.
