Descrição
I needed some plugs for a panel box and rather than bulky plugs, I used XT60 connectors from my R/C toys.
You can place the XT60 male or female end as needed. I made flat panel mounts and plug housings that can stack as well. This makes a solid-feeling plug setup.
You will need:
Plug mount- 2 M3x10mm bolts (I used socket heads. It's what I had.) and 2 M3 locknuts
Panel mount holder- 2 M3x10mm bolts and 2 M3 locknuts to hold the XT60
Panel mount backing- 2 M3x10mm + your bulkhead thickness (ex. 10mm+3mm bulkhead =~15mm bolt) bolts and 2 M3 locknuts
If you are stacking them, allow 10mm for each housing; 3 stacked fittings= 30mm bolt
There are two plug mount files. One has arrows pointing in and one has arrows pointing out. This can be a reminder of POWER IN or SIGNAL OUT, etc.
Have fun!

Notes:
2 perimeters, printed in PLA. This is going to be a close fit, so your machine should be in good tune. My XT60s fit in with no modification and stay locked in when closed.
Prints great at .20mm and no cleanup other than maybe a light chamfer pass around the locknut holding areas with an x-acto to make it easy to insert them.
You should not be tightening these bolts to crushing torque, just snug, OK?
