Secure your 6-40mm straps with ease using this 3D-printed strap lock! Designed for straps with a loop on one end, this lock prevents accidental slippage and provides a quick-release mechanism for easy removal. The original design was made to fit the 20mm straps on Lundhags outdoor pants precisely. Now there are variants with 6mm all the way up to 40mm available to print!

Printing Tips:

• Recommended material: ABS filament for durability.
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 100%

Assembly (video below):

1. Print
2. Insert 1.75mm filament into the designated holes and cut to length.
3. Melt and flatten the ends of the pins to secure.

TIP:

Using an electrical (USB) lighter makes getting the heat in the correct spot a bit easier.

Update: 5-40mm straps!

There are now two new print profiles for different-width straps.

Note: Each plate in this profile includes the strap lock for looped straps and the fixed buckle, so you can safely de-select the parts you don't need before starting the print!

To make it easier, here are the parts you need for each configuration:

Looped strap (where you need to be able to assemble the strap lock on a strap with an existing loop)
Print the following parts:

• Loop_Version_Buckle_Xmm
• Loop_Version_Pin_Xmm
• Lever_Xmm

Static Buckle (the lever is still assembled like shown in the video, but there is no pin to assemble)
Print the following parts:

• Buckle_Xmm
• Lever_Xmm
