simple circle cutter tool

a simple circle cutting tool that requires only a 10a scalpel blade and a map pin to cut precise circles in paper or thin card.
the blade snaps into the handle end of the cutter, and the map pin placed through the corresponding hole in order to cut a circle of the required size.
allows precision cutting of holes from 10mm to 160mm in radius, in 2.5mm increments.

the scalpel blade tip protrudes from the underside by approx 0.5mm so removing the blade between uses is advised.
