This is a simple gift card box.

It only uses about 16-17g of filament.

The box itself is plain … no colours … no patterns … no decorations … no text.

The colours, patterns and text that you see in the posted photographs are not from the design, but from the dual coloured filament I used and the top/bottom layer pattern selections in my slicer, and the text added with the slicer.

I chose to create a simple plain gift box so that every time it is printed, it can be customized in the slicer … not only with the colour of the filament you choose, but also with the top and bottom pattern selections or text features of your slicer.

I originally used Orca Slicer v2.0 to print this. I chose to have both flat sides on the plate (avoids support). Printed with default standard settings then modifying the Top Surface Pattern to Hilbert Curve and the Bottom Surface Pattern to be Octagram Spiral. Then I used dual coloured filament (blue and gold).

Now that I am in the world of Bambu, I have posted a Print Profile for this model that includes text that can be edited in the Slicer. The profile I added prints the top surface as Hilbert Curve to give the interior of the gift card box a luxurious feel, but otherwise, default slicer settings because I used Bambu's default Textured PEI Plate that give the outer surfaces a really nice finish.  Some other users have used those hologram plates - they turned out great as well.

NOTE: When printing, have the flat sides to the printer bed to avoid supports. When you choose your surface patterns, the bottom surface pattern will be the outside top and outside bottom of the box.  The top surface pattern will be the inside of the gift box. It makes sense when you are looking at the lid and the bottom of the gift box on the surface plate.
