This is a modified version of "8D Cubic Lattice (3D Shadow) by Chriskpalmer.

I added a base around the bottom so that it prints without bed adhesion issues and is a bit sturdier on flat surfaces.
I printed mine with 0.15mm layers, 0% infill, 3 perimeters, 3 bottom layers and 8 top.
