Ball bearing wire guide

Stop any cable from rubbing and scraping against corners and guide it just the way you want it.

Extra low clearance between the two rollers so it works in any direction.

Printed in 6 parts so that no supports are necessary, prints on any printer.

Hardware you will need:

• 4 pcs 686 bearing (13mm diameter, 5mm thick, 6mm hole)
• 2 pcs M6x40 bolt
• 2 screws to srew it whereever you like (wall, ceiling, back of shelf...)
• M6 tap
• Superglue

Glue the roller halves together with a drop of superglue. When the glue is set press the bearings in.

Get the side_thread and tap the two holes with an M6 tap.

Put the two bolts through the clearance holes, put on the rollers and screw on the threaded side to test fit.
There should be basically no gap between the bottom of the side pieces (if there is a gap then measure / memorize the size of the gap).

Now you can disassemble it again and screw the side pieces where you want (when there was a gap while test fitting make sure to now leave the same amount of gap).

Screw the rollers back on (depending on the size of the plug at the end of your wire you may need to put your wire in before you screw in the second roller) and then youre done.

Tip: If you don't have an M6 tap you can print the Clearance plate and just use longer bolts with nuts.
