Description
This is a Remix of Printable VELCRO by eried. I really liked his model, but you can only use it by gluing the pieces, limiting its functionality. So I added mounting tabs that can be used for straps or screws and strengthened the overall design. The click together is very satisfying and makes an excellent fidget.
Filament
PLA - Provides a strong hold due to its stiffness, but is weak and will break and wear easily
PETG - Not as good of a grip but lasts longer.
ABS - IDK I haven't tested it yet.
TPU - Don't use it alone, BUT if you print the base in a stiffer material such as PLA, PETG, or ABS, the top part in TPU provides the best hold and functionality.
Print Settings
- Supports - No
- Infill - 100% (it doesn't really matter)
- Layer Height - 0.3 (or whatever is closest)
