I printed in PLA and used PETG as support material for clean breakaway.

Layer height: 0.12mm or finer

Must use solar filter/film that meet the ISO 12312-2 international standard for solar glasses.

Cut out the shape of lens that fit the indentations in the top/bottom frames, then use superglue to fix in place. (I first cut out a lens shape on a regular piece of paper, then use that as template when cutting the solar viewing film)
 

Filament (1.75mm) is inserted as pins for the hinges for attaching temples to the frame.
