Summary
I designed this because I wanted some extra charging bases for my Sonos Move but they're about $70 each for new ones. Knowing the charging base isn't anything more than an 18VDC power supply, pogo pins, and the base I wasn't going to drop that much cash on a new one.
You'll need an 18VDC 2.5A power supply and some small pcb mountable pogo pins. The ones I used are below:

You'll need one of the base and the base cover (used to cover the wiring when done)
The base is designed to be slightly oversized to account for adding some rubber feet on the bottom (~2.5-3 mm tall). The Move is meant to stick out below the bottom a bit so that it sits on the table (similar to the original charging base). You may want to scale the model down by a few percent if you want the Move to sit on the base rather than on the table. If you just need something to put your Move on but don't need the charging, take a look at this model.
Post-Printing
The holes for the pogo pins are slightly undersized (at least on my printer) on purpose so that I can open them up with a 1.4mm drill bit and friction fit the pins in place.
Once wired (see pictures for which is positive vs negative), close up the electrical box with the little cover. I super glued it in place but you could also tape it or use something less permanent.
