Here are 2 very simple & basic Torch or Flower wall mounts.  My brother needed something like this so I was able to wip it up quickly directly in Bambu Studio.  You  should be able to Modify, adjust, & resize any of the parts in my model.  One version has a flat bottom part & the other shown has a cone or funnel type bottom to hold the torch or flowers.  The opening of the top hole is 36.2 mm (but you can scale it) & the length from the top hole to the bottom is 195.47 MM. Last 2 photos show the dimensions.  There are 2 holes for mounting which you can also adjust the size or even move around.  Let me know if you have any questions or issues.
