This is a case for the Orange Pi Zero3 without expansion board, using a 4010 5V cooling fan. It requires eight M3 nuts, four M3*16 round head screws, and four M3*40 round head screws. I found other cooling cases on shopping apps and websites unattractive, with small fans or off-center placement, so I designed my own. Enjoy using it!
