Inspired by World Cup downhill pit setups, these easy-to-print bar ends provide a comfortable, secure, and stable grip for aggressive downhill riding.

They are designed for handlebars with an 18 mm inner diameter and a 22 mm outer diameter. Hit me up if you need diffrent specification.

The model consists of two parts: a soft outer section for comfort and a rigid inner section that reinforces the entire assembly. I recommend gluing both parts together before installation. Insert the bar end into the handlebar, then tighten a wood screw to expand the inner cylinder and lock it securely in place.

If you are willing to use your own print profile remember that bar insert should be modified to solid infill/walls.
