The prison is the box, and the red and blue blocks represent the nine guards. 
Khun Pan is the orange square. You must move and maintain your position so you can move the large orange plate inside the prison at any time to allow Khun Phaen to bypass all the guards inside the lower center position, out of the crack, and escape.
