I made this part to act as a valve spring compressor tool for my cheap harbor freight drill press. I made it adapt to the end of a impact/drill chuck 3/8" socket drive tool so it can be easily adapted to other drill presses/tools and there is no need to rely on a plastic shaft to transmit the load. 

It worked great removing the valve springs from the cylinder head off a 2002 VW TDI Engine (ALH) even though a few of the keepers were stuck in place. I printed it out of Polymaker Fiberon PET-CF17 with the standard Bambu print profile.
