Overview:

I recently installed air assist for a new laser on my CNC and wanted custom brackets to secure the wire loom running from the solenoid valve to the power supply and controller. 

I designed two versions:

• Standard Bracket: This is the most secure as it is fastened on both sides of the loom, cable, pipe, etc.
• Single-sided Bracket: This is better for tight places or when you don’t need the extra security of the standard one and don’t need to waste more fasteners.

I’ve included my Fusion 360 file and step files, so you can create custom versions to meet your needs. It contains basic parameters that can adjust for your object’s diameter as well as your desired wall thickness and screws.  The bracket width is automatically calculated based on the screw hole size and wall thickness, but I can always add a separate width parameter if needed.  

Printing:

These can printed in any filament, but I recommend PETG for a little more flex.  No supports required if printed in the orientation shown.
