It is a sketch of a system with round printable profiles - I used it as construction for my screen riser.

Printed vertically, then glued inside a thread of filament to make it break-proof.

Assembled with fences and angled connector.

Finally just placed MDF board on it.

Later to avoid side movement I've add diagonal supports that works like boundary for mdf.
