I keep my XBOX 360 console above my desk and the cables were getting in the way of my screen when I had them plugged in. This allowed me to run extension cables down to the front of my desk so I can plug my game controller in under the desk. I'm now using it to mount USB extension cables for other purposes as well. This can be used anywhere that you are tired of having to squeeze your arm behind to reach that dang USB plug. 

The AMS Print Profile puts a thin layer of PETG between the support layer and the mounting flange of the part for easier support removal. Functionally, both print profiles are the same.
