🔗 Detachable cable winders

A set of cable winders for your ToughBuilt StackTech boxes that automatically attach to the rails and can be quickly detached with a simple press on the button!

🔩 Required hardware

If you've ever wondered why you've been saving up all random ballpoint pens; this is the time! Disassemble them to reuse the spring inside for these cable winders. Any* spring up to ∅4.5mm and 25mm long works perfectly fine.

*Not all these springs are identical, some may need some alterations to fit this model.

Alternatively, you could buy the Bambu Labs ones as mentioned in the BOM.

⚙️ Assembly

The provided print profiles will be enough for one pair of detachable cable winders.

1. Put the spring into the reserved hole on the bottom of the slider.

   

2. Lay the pushing pin in the main body with the small part to the top and push it through.

   

3. Press in the spring to its minimum length and put the slider into the main body where the cutouts meet the sliders. 

   

4. Release the slider and enjoy!
