I wanted to challenge myself by designing a realistic T-Rex skull that prints well on an FDM printer. After several iterations, I’m really happy with how it turned out, so I decided to share it with the MakerWorld community.
To improve durability, I added a modifier at the jaw hinge that increases the infill where the skull and jaw connect. This strengthens one of the weakest areas without increasing the print time for the entire model.
The supports remove easily, but take your time around the teeth, they’re thin and highly detailed.
