🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Follow these simple steps to print and install your brand new dust cover.

Clean Your Build Plate: Wipe your textured PEI plate with a little bit of warm water and dish soap, or rubbing alcohol. This removes finger oils and helps the plastic stick down perfectly.
Slice and Print: Send the file to your Bambu Lab P1S using the high-quality settings listed above.
Cool and Remove: Wait for the heatbed to cool down completely before popping the parts off. If you pull them off while they are hot, the warm plastic might bend out of shape.
Remove the Brim: Gently peel away the thin 5mm plastic brim around the bottom edges of the pieces. You can use your fingers or a plastic deburring tool.
Place the Frame: Set the main frame piece over your control panel. It should drop right into place around the screen without any glue.
Add the Cover: Place the flat cover piece inside the frame. Lift it up whenever you need to control your printer, and drop it back in when the printing starts!
