Be prepared to be an unstoppable sand/shell sifter!
Firstly I made this from PETG HF because of the higher heat deflection temperature. You can print in PLA but in the hot sun it may deform and warp on you. Both print profiles are uploaded and the design is robust.
The X1/A1 diameter is 250mm.
The H2D diameter is 300.
Both can easily fit nicely in a reusable shopping bag for easy transport.
Step 1 - Print the profile based on your printer size. The only setting you should change if you feel you need to is in the object settings here. This is how you can customize the grid mesh size. The print comes with standard 13%, 20%, and 50%. it is very important that you leave the global settings the same and ONLY change this setting in the OBJECT setting. Otherwise you can print it as is.

Step 2 - Buy a small noodle from the dollar store or 5 Below. The OD should be around 2.5"
Step 3 - Cut the pool noodle to size:
A1 Profile - 36"
H2D Profile - 42"

Step 4 - Connect the pool noodle with the noodle connector. Add Zip ties to secure.

Step 5 - Place the smallest mesh size try on top of the noodle. Add 11" zip ties through the tray and around the noodle. Tighten and cut the ends. You can lightly heat the zip tie ends to remove sharp edges.

GO TO THE BEACH AND START SIFTING!
