This is an undercabinet mount for the echo spot it allows it to hang below cabinets facing straight out. The spot allows you to view time, timers and weather without all the adds great for kitchens.  The front ring threads onto mount to hold echo securely in place. The speaker, screen and  led are all completely uncovered, the buttons and all mics have an opening so those are not covered either. It is designed to be hung with two no 8 screws  ( any hardware store) ¾ inch length is best for most, if your cabinets are hardwood predrill holes with a small bit first otherwise use quality double sided tape.
