TPU Bottle Base Sleeve / Protective Bumper

This is a flexible TPU bottle sleeve designed to fit around the base of a bottle. I made it for a decorative glass bottle to give the bottom some extra protection, grip, and a cleaner finished look.

The uploaded STL is sized for bottles with an outside diameter of approximately 68–70 mm. The default Fusion 360 parameters are set around a 69.5 mm bottle diameter, with a 28 mm sleeve height and 2.5 mm wall thickness.

I have also included the Fusion 360 file, so you can easily adjust the design to suit other bottle sizes.

Open the Fusion 360 file and edit the user parameters:

Measure your bottle with calipers if possible. For TPU, you may want to add a small clearance depending on how tight you want the fit and how flexible your filament is.
