After years of messy kitchen drawers, cluttered cabinets and money spent on organizers that never really fit the way we wanted, I finally decided to start a project that could make everyday life a little easier — both for me and my wife.
 

The kitchen quickly became the clear choice.

This is the beginning of a larger Gridfinity-based kitchen organization system, designed to bring more order, structure and a cleaner look to everyday drawers and cabinets. It is a project that will take time, but the goal is to build it properly, with style, function and flexibility in mind — and hopefully help others who have the same problem with messy and unorganized kitchen storage.

The first release includes dedicated Gridfinity-style boxes for knife, fork, spoon, dessert spoon and teaspoon, as well as a clean universal box for anything that usually ends up loose in the drawer.

Each module is made to fit neatly into a Gridfinity layout, making it easy to mix, match and expand the system based on your own drawer setup. Whether you want a clean cutlery drawer, a better place for small kitchen tools, or simply a more organized everyday space, this system is built to be practical, clean and easy to use.

The universal box is perfect for small items that do not need a dedicated icon or label, but still deserve a proper place instead of lying around loose in the drawer.

This is the first part of a larger kitchen drawer organizer series. More modules are planned, including holders for cheese slicers, kitchen thermometers, plastic bags, IKEA zip bags and other everyday kitchen items.

We use the 42 mm Gridfinity standard base and if you want the gridfinity Baseplate look up Gridfinity Generator to get it custom for your draws
