Stable Floating Pool Ashtray Holder

Printing

Recommended material: PETG

Recommended settings:

* Layer height: 0.20 mm
* 5 walls
* 10–15% Gyroid infill
* 7–8 top and bottom layers

Print the main body with the bottom facing the build plate.

Assembly

1. Insert stainless steel washers or nuts into the weight chamber.
2. Close the bottom cover.
3. Fasten the cover with the screws.
4. If desired, apply a thin bead of silicone to improve water resistance.

Notes

* Designed for ashtrays with an outer diameter of approximately 120 mm.
* PETG is recommended because it offers better heat, UV, and water resistance than PLA.
* Please test the buoyancy and adjust the weight to suit your ashtray before first use.
