Argo — DIY Macro Pad & Volume Mixer

Argo is a desktop controller for your PC. It combines:

• 8 mechanical keys for macros — launch apps, switch audio devices, toggle monitors, or control media (play/pause, next, previous...).

• 4 rotary encoders to adjust volume — set independent levels for different apps or inputs/outputs in your mixer.

• 4 LED bars that act as VU-meters, giving you a quick visual read of each volume level.

It runs on a Raspberry Pi Pico and is fully 3D printed, with a tilted stand for comfortable desk use.

⚠️ Work in progress: the electronics still need to be soldered. Photos and a video of the finished, fully working build — along with the code to run it — will be added soon.
