Printing Recommendations

For the best outdoor durability:

• Material: ASA
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Walls: 4–5 perimeters
• Infill: 15–30% Gyroid
• Use a modifier in your slicer to increase infill around the clips and lower section of the flap for extra strength.

Why I Made This

Pool skimmer doors are one of those small parts that fail all the time, yet finding the correct replacement can be surprisingly difficult. This model was designed so anyone can quickly customise and print a replacement instead of replacing the entire skimmer assembly.
