HexRack Modular – Sliding Dovetail Wine Rack

A fully modular honeycomb wine rack designed for reliable FDM printing.

Each module features three male and three female longitudinal double dovetail guides, allowing the rack to be assembled by simply sliding the modules together.

Unlike snap-fit systems, the sliding guides distribute the load along the entire depth of the module, reducing wear and creating a stronger and more durable connection.

For best results, print one module at a time.

Assembly

Slide each module into the adjacent one using the integrated dovetail guides.

The system is designed to support the load through the guide surfaces instead of relying on snap-fit tabs.
