PARAMETER GUIDE

1. Main Dimensions
- Tray Length and Width: Defines the overall size of the round shape.
- Base Thickness: Controls the height of the solid internal bottom plate.
2. Sphere Geometry (Advanced Settings)
- Sphere Radius: Defines the diameter of the spheres and, consequently, the thickness of the outer wall. Change this to achieve anything from delicate small spheres to massive giant spheres. The model recalculates the required quantity automatically.
- Height Ratio: Adjusts the height of the containment border relative to the sphere radius.
- Overlap Factor (Penetration): Controls how much the spheres intersect each other laterally. The default (0.20) provides the optimal visual balance and structural strength.
3. Sphere Layers (Towering)
- Number of Layers: Create anything from a simple flat tray (1 layer) to a deep basket-style tower with up to 10 perfectly stacked layers.
- Vertical Overlap Factor: Controls the mathematical fusion between upper and lower layers (recommended: 0.40).
4. Customization and Details
- Bottom Logo: A dedicated space to deboss your brand/logo on the smooth bottom face.
