🖨️ Recommended Print Settings & Customization:

I have included two fully optimized print profiles in the attached file: toploader_shipper_protector_v1.3mf. You can choose the profile that matches your material:

1. PLA Profile – Formulated for maximum rigidity and clean aesthetics.
2. PETG Profile – Formulated for extra durability and impact resistance.

• Mass Production Friendly: Because this model is designed to be printed vertically (standing up), it has a very small footprint on the build plate. You can easily clone/multiply the model in your slicer to print dozens of protectors in a single batch!
• Fully Scalable Design: This shield is designed for standard 35pt toploaders. If you use thicker or wider toploaders, you can easily scale the model's width (X/Y axes) in your slicer to fit your specific needs perfectly.
• Orientation: Print vertically (standing on its bottom edge).
• Brim: Highly Recommended! Use a 5mm–8mm outer brim to ensure excellent bed adhesion and stability since the model prints tall and slim.
• Infill: 15% - 20% (Grid or Gyroid).
• Walls/Perimeters: 2-3 walls.
• Supports: No supports needed! Even when printed vertically, the angles are optimized to print perfectly clean without any support material.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm works great, but you can use 0.24mm for a faster batch print.

💡 Pro-Tip for Sellers & Graders:

For the ultimate protection, simply slide your toploader into the shield, place a small piece of painter's tape across the top to keep it snug, and slip it right into a bubble mailer or plain white envelope (PWE).
