Adjustable Print-in-Place Multi-Angle Phone & Tablet Stand

Hey everyone! I wanted a clean, sturdy stand for my phone and tablet that didn't require putting a bunch of parts together, so I designed this.

It prints as one single piece. The base has multiple slots built into it, so you can easily shift the angle depending on whether you're sitting at your desk, video calling, or using it as a recipe screen in the kitchen.

Why I made it this way:

• Zero Assembly: Print-in-place design works right off the build plate.
• Actually Stable: The wide base means it won't tip over backward, even with a heavier iPad or tablet.
• Cable Pass-through: Left a slot in the back plate so you can run a charging cable through without it bending awkwardly.

My Print Settings:

• Material: PLA (Silk PLA looks really great with these clean lines!)
• Infill: 15% to 20% is plenty for strength (Left mines at 15 since it felt sturdy enough for me).
• Walls: I used 3 perimeters just to make sure the hinge mechanism is solid.
• Supports: Yes. I recommend adding a bit of support under the main hinge area to ensure the overhang prints completely clean and the mechanism moves smoothly.
