Dyson AM04 Fan Base Replacement / Upgrade

Designed as a direct-fit base for the Dyson AM04, this model twists on clockwise and locks into place securely for a clean, factory-like fit.

This upload includes two versions:

Plate 1 – Slim Base

• Narrower footprint than the original style
• Faster print time
• Lower filament usage
• No supports required
• Ideal if you want a quick, functional replacement

Plate 2 – Wide Base

• Larger footprint for increased stability
• Better suited to high-traffic areas or uneven surfaces
• Requires supports during printing
• Longer print time and higher filament usage

Printing Recommendations

• Recommended Material: PETG
  • Better durability and heat resistance for long-term use
• PLA, PLA+, ABS, ASA and other common materials should also work depending on your environment and requirements

Notes

This model was designed to provide a simple replacement or alternative base for the Dyson AM04. Both versions have been tested to fit by rotating clockwise onto the fan body and should sit securely when fully engaged.
