📦 Modular Card Wall Display Tiles – Top Loader Version
The Modular Wall Display Tile system is a 3D-printed, fully modular wall display for trading cards. Each tile holds one card in a standard top loader and displays it face-out on the wall. Snap tiles together to build a display of any size — from a single card to a full grid wall — with zero glue, screws, or loose hardware.
NOTE: Load each card into its tile BEFORE snapping the tile above it on the wall — once tiles are stacked, the ones below are covered. Plan your layout first! Will need 3M command tape to stick to wall.
🔗 HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
Every tile is a single printed piece with built-in interlocking connectors — no clips, magnets, glue, or screws required. Tiles lock together in every direction (side-to-side and stacked vertically) to form a grid of any width and height. To add a tile: hook it over the pegs of the tile beside or below it and slide straight down — it locks in place. To remove or rearrange: lift straight up. Edge caps finish the outer edges so the assembled grid looks like one clean framed piece.
🧩 THE PARTS (Mix and Match Freely)
- Tiles — available in 1-wide, 2-wide, and 3-wide. Multi-wide tiles print as one solid piece for added strength and faster printing. All widths line up exactly with single tiles, so any combination fits together (e.g. a 3-wide tile sits perfectly above three singles).
- Top Caps (1/2/3-wide) — clip onto the top row to cover connectors and give a clean top edge.
- Side Caps — clip onto the right edge for a finished side; they also stack vertically for tall displays.
- Corner Piece — caps the top-right corner and locks the top and side caps together.
🚀 WHAT'S NEXT? I'm currently working on PSA graded slab and One Touch magnetic case versions of this same system — same interlocking connectors, different card types. Follow my profile so you don't miss the next drop!

The design focuses on clean, modular construction, easy expansion, and reliable printability, making it ideal for personal-use prints.
Notes: I've kept infill at 15% which keeps tiles sturdy while saving filament. If you experience corner lift, adding an 8mm brim and slowing the first layer to 20mm/s is recommended. No supports needed.
