It is extremely sturdy yet prints in a fraction of the time and uses minimal filament.

2. 100% Support-Free Stacking

Many "stackable" boxes require ugly supports or print poorly. This design uses a self-supporting chamfered (tapered) locking joint at the bottom and top. It slides together perfectly and prints beautifully without a single gram of support material.

3. Easy Battery Extraction (Pinch or Push!)

In a multi-row grid, getting batteries out (especially the middle ones) is usually a nightmare. This box solves it with a hybrid approach:

• Outer Batteries: Large, beautiful self-supporting **arched windows** on the side walls let you easily pinch and pull them out.
• Inner/Central Batteries: Discrete push-out holes on the bottom let you pop the middle batteries up with a quick finger push. No more shaking the box upside down!

4. Fully Parametric & Customizable (OpenSCAD)

Need it for AAA, 18650, C, or D batteries? You can easily adjust the parameters in OpenSCAD! Just change the columns, rows, and nominal diameter to fit any cylindrical battery or cell.
