🧠 Behind the design (For makers & moderators)

To ensure maximum structural strength and a premium feel, this generator utilizes an advanced 2D-to-3D rounding technique.

Instead of basic harsh extrusions, the algorithm first computes a highly optimized 2D profile with a weight-saving cutout. It then uses a precise 3D minkowski sum with a high-resolution sphere to physically round every sharp edge on the final 3D object. Because the profile is generated flat on the XY plane, it prints perfectly on its side. This orientation ensures that the layer lines run parallel to the length of the stand, granting it massive load-bearing strength that will never snap under the weight of heavy gaming laptops.

🖨️ Print settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA (PETG is great for extra heat resistance if your gaming laptop exhausts hot air directly onto the stand).
• Layer height: 0.20mm works perfectly.
• Supports: STRICTLY NONE. Print the stands lying completely flat on their sides.
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid).
• Walls: Set wall loops to 4 to ensure the arch is completely solid and rigid.
