Couldn't find a Torx 20 cap that suited me, so I quickly drew one in Fusion. Made for my picture shelves (IKEA MOSSLANDA), but should work with most TX20. If not just cut some of the screw-part off.
Supports are pretty easy to remove - use a sharp blade (carefully) and slowly free the head from the support structure.
