Measurements (If your measurements are similar, it should do the job)

Hoover end - 31mm (part is 31.5mm)

Saw end - 37mm (part is 37.5mm)

I have only printed in PLA, and it does the job. 

.20 layer height, 4 walls and gyroid infill. Everything else is standard. 

PETG would probably be stronger, give it a go if you want. 
I reckon TPU would be a shout as well. Give it a go and let me know how it goes. 

Also, give me a  shout if you need it in different measurements. It's a fairly simple design, so I'd encourage trying to do this in Fusion360, but if you can't for any reason, let me know, and I'll see what I can do to help :)
