We’ve all been there. You’re trying to sand a perfect 45-degree bevel, you blink, and suddenly your crisp edge looks like a sad, melted block of cheese.

No more rocking, no more guessing, and absolutely no more "fixing it by hand" (which we both know just makes it worse). This 3D-printed jig locks your angle perfectly against the face of the board.

🧰 A Note on Fitment: I designed and tested this specifically using a DeWalt random orbit sander, but it should easily fit any similar-sized palm sander on the market.

🔧 One Jig to Rule Them All (Well, Four Jigs) 🎛️

Why settle for just a 45-degree angle when wood projects like to get complicated? The download includes separate, dedicated models for the most common angles. Just print the one you need—or print the whole squad:

• 30° – For that sleek, modern undercut.
• 45° – The absolute classic bevel.
• 60° – For specialized joinery and sharp geometric shapes.
• 90° – For keeping your edges perfectly square without rounding them over.

🦺 Ergonomic Handle Included 🖐️

Sanders love to vibrate right out of your hands. I’ve integrated a sturdy front handle so you can apply solid, even downward pressure with your off-hand. It keeps the guide completely flush against the wood while your sander does the heavy lifting.

🔩 Hardware Required (Don't Raid Your Scrap Bin Yet) 🛠️

To assemble the guide, you will need a few standard pieces of hardware:

• For the Base & Clamp: 2 x M6 Bolts (Minimum 30mm length), along with matching washers and nuts.
• For the Handle: 1 x No. 8 Wood Screw (Minimum 1 inch length) to securely anchor it down.

💡 Design Detail: You will notice a deliberate 1–2mm gap between the clamp and the base. This is completely on purpose! It ensures the plastic pieces don't bottom out against each other, allowing the full clamping force to rely entirely on your bolts so your sander never slips mid-job.
