Zigbee door sensor that main sensor is 44mm x 21mm x 9.3mm and the smaller magnet is 44mm x 8mm x 9.3mm.  These can be found on AliExpress and Amazon, just check the size before ordering or printing.

Set the profile to be “0.20mm” layer height with “Strong” (6 wall) to give more walls around the slots.

The sensors should be just slightly snug, but may need to use the sticker if absolute stick is needed.
